Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a competitive, motivated and goal oriented individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. We are a rapidly growing organization with great opportunities for motivated and hard working professionals who have interest in building a successful career in sales.

Sales Representative Duties:

• Guide clients, contractors, and builders through the process of tile and stone selection by highlighting appropriate applications, new products, etc.

• Visit customer offices and job sites to assess customer needs and potential, to develop and maintain strong relationships, and to generate and close sales.

• Develop new customers account to increase sales growth, meet or exceed monthly sales target.

• Educate customers, set accurate expectations and present them with material and upgrade choices that align with the desires, vision, needs or pain points that you have discovered through getting to know the customer.

• Work with team to prioritize decisions and manage project schedules.

• Responsible for sourcing material, accurately estimate the amount of material required for the job & assembling quotes.

• Work effectively with Project Management and Installers.

• Estimate and present Budgets, Change Orders, Invoices to clients.

• Develop and Maintain Client and Vendor relationships.

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
